Maybe this will keep Jamarcus as the Oakland QB for another year. The only positive I can think of :-)

I thought of another one - the Raiders are now 5 -9 and tied with the Bears. So possibly this win will give us a better 1st round draft choice. Small consolation.

a December 27th win would be a great Christmas gift, even if it is 2 days late.

So as sad as I am today and I really am there is something that I am feeling positive about. At the Raiders game last year about 10 minutes into the game you just knew it was not going to end well so I don't remember yelling that much if at all, I just sat there. This morning I woke up with my throat hurting from yelling so much. At the Arizona pre-season game there was so much apathy from the fans about our team. Yesterday everyone there cared. They did a wave as tribute to the Barrel Man before the kick off and it went for quite a while. When the D stopped the Raiders at the end of the 3rd quarter Dawkins ran down the field and the place just went nuts. The last time I remember that kind of energy was at Mile High.

The look on every players and coaches face last night broke my heart even more, they are so hurting too. I am very grateful to have a place to express my sadness without reading of who's to blame. I also believe that when you play with heart it will get broken some times, but in the long run it's easier to fix a broken heart and than to overcome apathy.

I want to wish everyone here a very Happy and Safe Holidays......
