Here is a third variation the designer provided:

That one looks good too but I still like "broncosforums.com" better.

Agreed. I just sent a sampling of pictures to the designer to without really specifying who should go where. I definately think Marshall and Scheffler should be prominent. I opted for Young over Henry because people seem to have a love/hate with him.

However, what I figured is before we finalized, we could take a vote or try and come up with a list like:

Banner 1 - Cutler, Marshall, Scheffler, Stokely and Graham (passing game)
Banner 2 - Nalen, Hamilton, Harris??, Henry and Young (Graham could go here, as he is really another linemen) I know alot of people don't like some of our younger lineman, but they are what they are. Harris hasn't done anything since being drafted.
Banner 3 - Dumervil, Moss, Crowder, Thomas (if not in jail) DOOOOM! lol, love him.
Banner 4 - DJ, Champ, Bly, Lynch (Banner's three and four could be combined with like two linemen and DJ and Bailey, for instance...that one should have Bly, some people love to hate him, but after going to a couple games, he's a lot of fun and definately deserves a spot on the banner.)
Banner 5 - Elway, Sharpe, Elam, Smith, McCaffrey, Wilson
Banner 6 - (an extra one, or only the fifth if we only have one defensive banner) Floyd Little, Mecklinberg and other 'classic' Broncos. Gotta have Atwater in there. Menace on Defense.....so often the D gets overlooked.

Those might not be exact, but based on the other header threads we have had, this what I think people wanted. A single design, but then with multiple verisons of it with different groups of players.



I am not locked into any of that. I gave a proposed list above, which would be more like 6 banners. Two for offensive, two for defensive and two for past players (one honoring the SB winners) and another showing other classic Broncos, or just both of them showing a mish-mash of classics.

I still like the first one the best. Perhaps we could use all three just in different banners.

The one you had up was great but Elam looks like he will need to be replaced.

If it were my website I would keep the the old one but put Elway and TD in the black/white background and maybe also Rod Smith or Steve Atwater. In the forground part that is in color keep the Cutler part just like it is but add Bailey and Marshall to his left and right.

Kudos to whoever made the old one, that really hit the mark... The new one, not so much.

i like the top one or the middle one. . . . except they look too much like the current broncos-- no defense. . . .

I would like to see banners 1 thru 4 - rotating

I like this one better than the rest. However, the older logo before all of these was better than all of them, IMO.

Get rid of the orange outline around all the players and you've got yourself a winner IMO..

#1, but take off Young once you get a picture of our #1 pick this year.

They all look really good, old and new, and i'd be happy with either one of them. I think the one that is up now blends in very well with the page.

For those wondering about why Elam was on the banner I made...is simply because he won
so many games for us this season and kickers get no love....
